How do I register my child in an out-of-home childcare facility in La Chaux-de-Fonds?

To register in a nursery, you must go through the waiting list managed by the Extra-Family Day Care Unit (UAEJ). Remember to clarify your expectations by contacting this office before contacting the desired daycare. It is important to renew the request every 3 months to maintain your place on the waiting list.

To register for a municipal extracurricular structure, you must complete the registration form and submit the required documents via the dedicated platform. Please note that only complete applications will be processed. Remember, registration for after-school care must be renewed each school year, between December 1st and January 31st, as renewal is not automatic.

The rates for out-of-home care are calculated based on the income of the legal representatives, in
