The Braderie, which takes place every odd-numbered year in the heart of the city, transforms the Avenue du Pod into a real spectacle. Stands, concerts and open-air shows create a friendly atmosphere that enchants locals and visitors alike.
Every spring, the Fête de Mai celebrates renewal with musical entertainment, a mini-marathon for children – the Mini-Trotteuse – and a welcoming flea market.
And to top it all off, La Plage des Six Pompes, Switzerland’s largest street arts festival, attracts artists from all over the world in an explosion of creativity and open-air shows. A unique experience, to be had at least once in your life!

The Braderie de La Chaux-de-Fonds, which takes place every odd-numbered year, is one of the largest popular festivals in the region. For three days, the Avenue du Pod is transformed into a huge pedestrian street full of life, welcoming street vendors, of the food stands, of the open air concerts and some shows for young and old. This emblematic event attracts thousands of visitors each year and embodies the festive and warm spirit of La Chaux-de-Fonds.
